Hi, I’m isabelle donovan.
I am a party loving gastronome based in New York City. Isabelle Field is more than just a name – it's an homage to my mother's very first luxury pillow line (named after me). Growing up immersed in her world of textiles and design, I developed a deep appreciation for all things beautiful and a natural inclination towards creative entrepreneurship. From my early days sewing my own pillows by her side to curating antiques for my first interior design clients, I've always been drawn to the transformative power of aesthetics and tactile experience.
My career is a blend of hospitality, design, sales strategy, and culinary arts. Over the past two decades, I've honed my skills in the restaurant and event industry, producing intimate gatherings from a private Townhouse event space in New York City’s West Village to large-scale events for The Seaport for prominent brands like Spotify, Instagram, LVMH, and NBC Universal. Working alongside renowned chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten (Tin Building and The Fulton), Joey Campanaro and Mike Price (The Little Owl, Market Table, The Clam, The Mary Lane), Frank Falcinelli and Frank Castronovo (Frankies Spuntino, F&F Pizzeria, Frank’s Wine Bar) further fueled my passion for creating memorable experiences with unwavering commitment to quality and purpose.
Whether I'm curating furniture to create a sense of warmth and belonging or designing a playlist to evoke a specific mood, I believe in the power of storytelling through design and sensory experience. As a strategic and organized team player, I bring efficiency and intention to every project. And with a proven track record of building successful sales teams and driving revenue growth, I'm excited to leverage my expertise to help my consulting clients achieve their goals.
